Hi, I’m Monique Prince—a mother of ten, entrepreneur, mentor, and unapologetic believer in the power of faith and action to transform lives. My journey has been one of growth, challenges, and discovering the strength within myself to create the life I was destined to live.
From raising a bustling family to building a platform that empowers women everywhere, my mission has always been rooted in lifting others up. I believe that when women are equipped with the right tools, the support of community, and the strength of faith, we are unstoppable.
My Journey
I didn’t start with all the answers, but I started with a vision.
Balancing the demands of family life while nurturing my own ambitions was never easy, but it taught me that growth and purpose often come from life’s greatest challenges. It was through this balance—and sometimes imbalance—that I discovered my calling: to help women like you step into your power and create legacies of impact and love.
Over the years, I’ve built businesses, launched programs, and spoken to audiences around the world, sharing my story and the lessons I’ve learned. Each step of the way, I’ve leaned on my faith, trusted the process, and committed to serving others.
What I Believe
Faith in Action: My core value is to lead by example—turning belief into action and encouraging others to do the same.
Family First: My ten children are my biggest motivation and my greatest teachers. They remind me daily of the importance of legacy and love.
Empowering Women: I’m passionate about equipping women to embrace their potential, whether it’s through mentorship, entrepreneurship, or personal growth.
The Power of Technology: In today’s fast-changing world, technology is a tool we can use to amplify our strengths, create opportunities, and connect with others.
My Work
Through programs like Petite Beauties and Empower Her Technology, I’ve been privileged to create spaces where women and young girls can grow, learn, and thrive. Whether it’s teaching confidence to teenage girls in Jamaica, mentoring business-minded women, or introducing cutting-edge tools like AI to mothers juggling it all, my work is rooted in the belief that empowerment changes lives.
A Personal Note
I’m not perfect, and I don’t have it all figured out. But what I do have is a deep passion for helping others and a heart that’s open to learning, growing, and sharing every step of the way.
